About Pontmain Resources, Inc.

We are a duly organized corporation engaged in the coconut husk processing business, an agri-business venture that involves the extraction of coconut fiber and dust (peat) from coconut husks and the processing of these raw materials into downstream coco fiber and dust products. The company started its  commercial operations in March 1999.

The company provides development to the countryside as it not only gives value to coconut husks, which are only regarded as waste and usually thrown away, but also provides much needed employment in rural areas as well as earns foreign currency for the country since a major portion of the products is exported.

The coconut farmers are the beneficiaries of this project since they derive additional income from coconut husks which are bought by the company. Instead of being thrown away or sometimes burned by the farmers which is detrimental to the environment, the coconut husks are now given value by the company, thereby helping coconut farmers not only earn additional income but also dispose of coconut husks.
